James Roswell Quinn has 45 years of experience as an International Keynote Speaker, Author, Transformational Seminar Facilitator, Leadership Trainer, and Success Coach.

Since 1977, “Ross” has made over 2,500 presentations to more than 150,000 people in the USA, Canada, New Zealand, Thailand, and 7 other countries.

He has shared the speaker's platform with Earl Nightingale, Jim Rohn, Mark Victor Hansen, Les Brown, Montel Williams, and other leaders.

Quinn has worked with organizations such as Walt Disney Feature Animation, Mitsubishi, Toronto Real Estate Board, Microtel, Kodak, Cornell University, Auckland Multiple Listing Bureau, Video Law, Pacific Life, Lincoln National Life, and State Farm Insurance.

Ross has authored the self-help book “The Love-Based Leader” ... created “The People Wheel” relationship seminar … produced the 8-CD personal audio seminar “Get Over Yourself” ... co-authored "Speaking of Success" with Stephen R. Covey (The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People) ... and is a contributing author to “A Fuller View” (Steven Sieden’s book about Buckminster Fuller). 

In 1972, he received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.

Ross and his wife Christine have been married for 38 years. They make their home in Lake Summerset, Illinois, and have six successful adult children ... who are scattered from California to Michigan to New Hampshire to Florida.
