Lora Deitz

Lora is a Six Sigma Green Belt and started this journey in 2010 as a Nurse Leader. She is a Registered Nurse with her Master’s Degree in Organizational Management and Leadership. She also utilizes her core values to reach her goals as an artist while utilizing the program, The Great Discovery.

Lora’s dream is to share with others her successes and opportunities for improvement during their journey while adapting the principals of The Great Discovery.

Empirical Knowledge:

• Embraces the art of caring thru her nursing career at the bedside, leadership, and home life.
• Educator in healthcare including emergency management, competency evaluation, coach, mentor, computer applications, staff development and pathway design.
• Strategic Planning by defining the vision, goals, objectives, and outcomes desired.
• Legal and ethical implications are a focus in all situations.
• Acquired competencies for solving critical issues such as providing financially efficient care and achieving positive patient outcomes.
